Paul Harris of Ellerman House enlisted the services of master sculptors and architects to craft out a unique gallery and tasting room to showcase the 7500 unique wines in their collection – honored with the Diners Club Wine List’s Diamond Award, the highest local accolade available.The idea was to design a contemporary and globally-unique concept for a wine gallery. Ellerman’s sommelier Manuel Cabello arranges private tastings for our guests and helps pair the perfect glasses to suit the menus you enjoy at Ellerman. With a custom focus on your personal preferences, vertical tastings of vintages in stock are encouraged. Employing the innovative ‘Le Verre de Vin’ preservation system in the Ellerman cellar each bottle of these exceptional wines is uncompromizingly poured at the perfect time.
