Six canvas suites at Masiya's Camp open onto the surrounding bushland, each featuring generous living spaces that flow seamlessly into the wilderness. Private wooden decks extend from every suite, complete with heated plunge pools and showers designed to embrace both interior comfort and open-air bathing—a serene escape immersed in the wilderness.

Each Luxury Tented Suite spans 2,476f² including the outdoor spaces.
All suites at Masiya's Camp offer King-sized beds which can be split into two three-quarter-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with freestanding baths, indoor / outdoor showers, and double vanities. Private decks offer a heated plunge pool, outdoor
lounge and dining space. Additional features include a mini-bar, hidden pop-up smart television with satellite channels and streaming services, air conditioning, ceiling fans, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi connectivity. These spacious suites have a dedicated lounge area with views of the bushveld.

Thoughtfully conceived, Masiya's Camp offers six canvas suites wrapped in glass from floor to ceiling, each with its own heated plunge pool, timber deck, shaded outdoor sala, and generous living areas that embrace both interior and alfresco spaces. No two suites are alike—each blends vintage pieces with contemporary touches, the exotic with the familiar—all crafted to frame and celebrate the untamed landscape beyond. Royal Malewane offers Big Five Game Viewing: home to lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino in the 32,000-acre Thornybush reserve. This is luxury reimagined — where time, space, and seclusion reign supreme.
With color and character amassed from travels across Africa, each canvas suite at Masiya's Camp is layered with textiles, art and textures that are far from the typical beige-and-white neutrals, in favor of something fresh and vibrant from the summertime wilderness when everything is in full bloom.

The heart of Masiya's Camp unfolds across open-plan living areas for unhurried and intimate connection with the surrounding wilderness. Expansive glass panels retract fully, dissolving the boundary between indoors and the bush for a truly immersive experience.
Beneath a canopied dining pavilion, bold interiors frame an interactive kitchen where chefs work in full view. A wood-fired pizza oven and open-air barbecue deck extend the culinary theatre outdoors. Nearby, the lounge tent opens through stacking glass doors onto the landscape, furnished with pieces crafted exclusively for the camp.
A heated swimming pool anchors the communal space, flanked by loungers positioned for quiet contemplation of the wilderness beyond. Tucked between lounge and dining areas, a bar clad in rich green tile commands views in every direction—a natural gathering point as the sun dips below the treeline.

Inspired by the paint-shop palette of surrounding nature, owner Liz Biden has combined a riot of contrasting hues and patterns: Soft dusty pinks – inspired by visits to Marrakech and referencing the African soil – offset by new-shoot green; the terracotta orange of an African sunset; the pale blue of a European roller; and the vibrant red of a Lucky Bean seed.
