Pillowed window panels and the dramatic modern geometry of a "glowing lantern" on the Victoria & Alfred waterfront offer the best views of Cape Town: Table Mountain and the city on one side and the endless Atlantic before you. The Silo is located six floors above the Zeitz MoCAA (Museum of Contemporary Art Africa), rivaling the world’s great art collections in contemporary wonders. Designed by Thomas Heatherwick Studio famed for globally-acclaimed projects like Thames Garden Bridge and Google Campus.

The Silo
The Silo’s 28 luxury suites are individually designed. The modern architecture features an ingenious design with special pillowed window bays framing wraparound views of Cape Town. Two Royal Suites at The Silo overlook the Atlantic ocean, Robben Island and distant mountains, while The Penthouse suite is located on the topmost floor of The Silo with an expansive balcony deck facing Table Mountain.

Each room is uniquely designed by the creative touch of Liz Biden, blending vibrant and eclectic decor with the modern, industrial architecture of the building. The six room categories vary by size and view, but every room includes a private balcony and showcases a remarkable collection of contemporary African art.
SILO ROOM
There are eight Silo Rooms, each covering 441ft², which include a balcony offering stunning views of the harbor. Though slightly more compact, the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, comparable to those in other room categories. With double-height spaces, the floor-to-ceiling pillowed glass windows provide uninterrupted views of Cape Town Harbor. Each adorned with a unique color palette and contemporary African art.

DUPLEX SUITE
Located on the 6th and 7th floors, the Duplex Suites offer stunning views of either the harbor or Table Mountain. These split-level suites include a cozy balcony and feel like your own luxury apartment in Cape Town.

DELUXE SUPERIOR SUITE
Situated on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors, these suites feature towering 18-ft pillowed glass windows that frame Cape Town’s natural splendor. Each suite includes a balcony and sitting area.

FAMILY DUPLEX SUITE

THE PENTHOUSE
The crown jewel of The Silo Hotel, the one-bedroom penthouse is perched on the top floor with unparalleled views of Table Mountain and Cape Town. It includes a cinema room, a spa treatment room, two walk-in wardrobes, and two marble bathrooms. With two private 24m² balconies, this luxurious suite can be converted into a two-bedroom penthouse for added comfort.

This two-bedroom Penthouse suite combines the One-bedroom Penthouse with an interleading 646ft² Deluxe Superior Suite. Unparalleled views of Table Mountain and Cape Town through triple-aspect windows.
